Fitness Center

The Lake Club's professional staff places a premium on health and wellness at this member-only facility. Under the direction of Fitness and Wellness Coordinator Scott Bassett, members can experience one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes such as step aerobics, a fully-equipped fitness center with state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular machines and alternative therapies like massage, yoga and Pilates. An indoor pool provides the setting for aquatic fitness classes, and a whirlpool and sauna relaxes sore muscles.
