Reynolds Plantation is committed to providing excellence in golf instruction, golf shops and personal service. Each of our golf shops is home to a PGA Professional who oversees a staff of assistant professionals:

Vice President: Golf Operations

Bob Mauragas
Bob Mauragas joined the Reynolds Plantation golf staff in May of 2003, initially as the director of golf. In 2005, he was promoted to his current position of vice president of golf, where he was given responsibility for all of the agronomics of the property.

Bob came to Reynolds Plantation with a wealth of experience. He spent 15 years as assistant professional, head professional and director of golf at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club, a private corporate facility in Far Hills, N.J. He spent three years as regional vice president of operations for the Billy Casper Golf Management Company in Vienna, Va. and was general manager of the Four Streams Golf Club in Beallsville, Md. for three years.

Director of Golf

Mark Lammi

Mark joined Reynolds Plantation in August of 2004, initially as the head professional at the National Course. In February of 2005, he was transferred to the Great Waters course as head professional. In February of 2006, Mark was promoted to director of golf. In this role Mark oversees all of the golf operations, including supervision over the golf shop and professional staff.

Mark joined Reynolds Plantation after three and a half years as head professional and PGA General Manager at Shaker Run Golf Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2005 Mark attained his status as a PGA Master Professional in Golf Operations and is a graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Penn State University.

Tournament Director

Ryan Frisch

Ryan Frisch was named as Tournament Director in 2007. Ryan has been with Reynolds Plantation since 2004, where he previously worked as assistant golf professional at The National and Great Waters courses.

The Plantation Course

Head Professional: Kevin Childers
Kevin Childers was promoted to head professional at the Plantation Course in 2007.  He served as Tournament Director for 18 months prior to his promotion, and previously worked as assistant golf professional at The Oconee and Great Waters courses.

Great Waters

Head Professional: Nate Middleton
Nate Middleton was promoted to head professional at the Great Waters Course in 2007. Joining Reynolds Plantation in May 2005, Middleton has served as assistant golf professional at The Great Waters, National and Oconee Courses. Nate became a full member of the PGA of America in November 2006.

The Oconee Course

Head Professional: Mike Davenport
Mike Davenport was named head professional at The Oconee Course in 2007. Most recently, Davenport served as head professional at Reynolds Landing. A six-year employee at Reynolds Plantation, Davenport has also served as Tournament Director, as well as assistant golf professional at Great Waters.

The Creek Club

Head Professional: Wesley Forester
Formerly head professional at an exclusive, private club in Maryland, Forester was also a head professional at The Plantation Course immediately prior to his appointment as head professional at The Creek Club.

The National

Head Professional: Scott Hayes
Scott Hayes has been head professional at the National Course since 2005. Scott has built strong relationships with both employees and members. Before taking over operations at the National, Scott was head professional at Great Waters.
